Yummy Cake (Preheat oven to 350 degrees)

1 box yellow cake mix (we usually use Duncan Hines)

1 box (small) instant vanilla pudding

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 cup water

4 eggs

Small bag Nestles chocolate chips,

(Mini chips are best; if using regular chips, chop them slightly)

4 oz semi-sweet or German sweet chocolate baking bar

Optional: ¼ chopped walnuts or pecans

Grease & flour bundt or tube pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Shave the chocolate bar or grind in a food processor.  If using full sized Nestle chocolate big, chop them slightly. This can also be done in a food processor.

With mixer, beat the first 5 ingredients 4 – 5 minutes at medium speed.  Then stir in chocolate bar shavings and the chocolate chips and nuts, if desired.

Bake in tube pan or bundt pan for 55 – 60 minutes at 350 degrees.  When cool and shortly before serving, dust cake with confectioner’s sugar.
